“Red November Black November” Screening – Wednesday, December 4, 2019

The screening will be followed by a discussion with the filmmaker, Sally Alvarez.  Alvarez will be interviewed by New York composer/playwright César Alvarez, who is working on a musical about the Greensboro Massacre and its aftermath. People’s Forum, NYC, 320 W. 37th St, New York, NY, 7:00 pm.

Durham, NC Fundraiser – Saturday, October 12, 2019

Northampton, Massachusetts – Sunday October 6, 2019

The public was invited to the following two events entitled Greensboro Massacre: Lessons for Confronting White Supremacy Today:

  • 2:00 pm  – A public forum featuring Rev. Nelson and Joyce Johnson and Dr. Marty Nathan at Edwards Church at 297 Main St., Northampton.

People’s Forum NYC – Saturday, September 28, 2019, 4 pm

Survivors of the Greensboro Massacre Rev. Nelson Johnson, Joyce Johnson, and Paul Bermanzohn reflected on the forty-year anniversary and the current confrontations with fascism and white nationalism.
